Everything advertised. I had some difficulty connecting the natural gas valve, but called customer service and sorted it out. I am still not able to disconnect the natural gas valve with the quick disconnect, and instead have to take the whole assembly off with a pipe wrench, but I understand this is a flaw with the valve, and I am getting a new one.

For those who are connecting this themselves, a word of reminder. You have to turn off the gas main before connecting this to the gas out. Then you turn it back on, however, you should check any other gas appliances with pilot lights at that time, and follow their relighting procedures.

Love the grill though, it is built like a rock, and I and look forward to using it for a long time to come.

If you're in the market for a gas grill, I don't think you can do better than a Weber. And as far as I'm concerned, this is one of their finest models. It is well designed, built like a tank, good-looking and cooks like a dream. Of course, it costs a little more than some of the brands you'll find at home improvement centers. If you ever want to see why, just open the lid on any of those cheaper grills and give it a little shake side to side. You'll find that they tend to shimmy and creak, while the Weber is silent and solid as a rock.

I purchased this grill a few months ago, basing my choice on my own positive experience with classic Weber kettles, consumer reviews, and the advice of family and friends. One story stands out. My brother had an old Weber gas grill with a rusted out lower tray, the result of a couple decades of Chicago winters. He called the Weber help line and asked if they sold a replacement part. Not only did they still carry the part, they shipped it to him at no charge whatsoever. When they say guaranteed for life, they really mean it.

 "assembly" 2009-08-16

The product arrived, well packaged and easy to unpack & identify parts for assembly. My buddy and I took two hours to completely assemble the finished grill (definately easier with two people). The instructions could have been more helpful with additional written bullett points to suplement the pictures/ graphics. Overall very satisfied with the assembly experience and finished product!

Very happy we purchased this. Only hard part was finding an adapter for the natural gas quick connect that comes with this grill that fit our natural gas stub-out on our house. Fortunately, I was able to bring the quick connect part that comes with the grill over to Ace Hardware and they were able to get me the right adapter pretty quickly.
