"Absolutely the best grill I've ever owned - WEBER KILLER!" 2009-08-31
By Eric T. Nentrup (Indianapolis, IN)
My wife and I were looking for a new grill this summer. Firstly, I was committed to charcoal. So, I thought I'd get another Weber. After reading enough favorable reviews of the Char-Griller Patio Pro, I had to go have a look. From a usability and "design" perspective, it absolutely slays the Weber. How annoying is it to have to set your lid AND grate on the ground in order to get a fire going?

Now, before I anger all the Weber-faithful, let me say, Weber makes THE BEST charcoal chimney starter available. Buy one with your Char-Griller and NO OTHER. Fill one with ALL NATURAL LUMP charcoal, stuff a sheet of newspaper underneath, light it and walk away. By the time you've prepped your food, the coals are ready to be dumped, for cooking

Assembly is a pain, but frankly, a good exercise in problem-solving while working with your hands. I encourage you to take the extra expense/effort to polyurethane all the wood, and you might as well buy a can of high-temp black paint to keep handy for when the factory enamel blisters and peels (not been an issue for me after a summer of use, but still....)

My other upgrades I'm intending include a pizza stone to fit on the grate, a charcoal tub to attach to the lower rack (otherwise, it's pretty useless). And I'd like to figure out a way to mount a thermometer on the lid.

This little furnace is perfect for me and my wife, and if I ever want to upgrade, I'm pretty confident I can bolt the Patio Pro to the side of it's big brother and make it the smoke box!

"Great Grill, Terrible instruction booklet" 2009-08-29
By Howards Amazon Reviews
Yep, the other reviews complaining about the assembly instructions are right! The instructions are terrible, but hey, you pretty much only use them once, and then lose them :) You've also got to rely on thinking in addition to the printed instructions so things go together correctly. So once that's out of the way, it turns into a charcoal grill that you can use to cook. In the latter case, it's a great grill. Fit and finish on mine was excellent. Had some left over hardware, particularly two cotter pins, and cannot find anywhere on the grill to use them. And there were two or three missing split lock washers. Fortunately I had some at home to use. A few tips on assembly:

1. Before installing the hardware on the legs and stand "tubing", put the pieces together (except the braces). This will help you get the wheels on the correct side of the grill. It will also help you get the holes lined up "inwards" for the barrel/grill to mount correctly.

2. For the damper bolts, I put a little blue Loctite on the bolts before putting the washers and nuts on them. This may help to keep the nuts on, as they cannot be too tight, or the dampers will not rotate for adjustment. If this doesn't work out, I will get longer bolts and double-nut them for the dampers.

3. There cast iron grates come with instructions that are slightly different than those in the manual. The grate instructions say to first heat them up to 200 degrees to melt off the protective wax coating, if it exists (on mine it did). And to do that before seasoning the grates. The instruction manual says to apply vegetable oil to the grates and season without mention of the wax coating. Probably not a big deal as the wax coating will still melt off. Just re-seasoned the grates a 2nd time afterwards.

4. Use "Goo Gone" to get the adhesive label off the lid, before first use of the grill.

5. Remove the plastic coating "strip" that protects the Char-Grill logo plate on the lid before first use.

Fit and finish were OK. No gaps, bends, or anything awkward (other than the instruction manual). I ordered the grill from Amazon on a Sunday, and it arrived the following Friday. It was shipped in the manufacturers box, with all the fancy marketing and printing on it. It weighed about 50 pounds.

In summary, this grill gets 5-stars for its main purpose, being a charcoal grill. However the instructions get 0-stars, ok, maybe 1-star because they give some minimal guidance. We were looking for a smaller charcoal grill because we like the flavor enhancement to meats, something we just don't get with our gas grill. Got tired of replacing cheap hibachis, and didn't want a kettle, even a small one. So this Char-Griller was perfect.

Hope this review is helpful. Enjoy your grill purchase!

By Phillip B. Leggette (fayetteville nc)
this is a great little grill. assembly was not at all difficult. if missing lockwashers are an issue, reserve them for the vents. rated 4 instead of 5 only because the lid is misaligned. this is more cosmetic than functional. when the time comes, i will get another.

 "Patio Pro - 2 different ones" 2009-07-26
By The Truth Guru (Planet Earth)
I ordered 2 of these grills; one for myself (carnivore) and one for my wife (herbivore). She won't eat it if it's been "contaminated" by meat. Anyway, when they arrived, both packages looked the same. However, upon opening and setting them up, I noticed that one looked slightly different.

One is more rustic looking, it has a dull finish, mostly long bolts with four shorter ones for the legs, the angle bar that holds the grill grate is heavy duty metal and welded on, the grill grates are heavy duty cast iron, the slide out tray closes tightly to the grill box, the welds are strong, and the lid closes down tight. The other one has a shinier finish, all bolts are the same length and have a more shallow head (with a phillips head screw style stamped into it), the angle bars for the grates are aluminum and screwed onto the grill box, the grates are lesser quality, lighter cast iron, the slide out tray does not close tightly and sometimes gets stuck on the longer bolts that are supplied with this model, the welds look weaker, and the lid is somewhat warped and does not close tight.

Not sure why they are different. I assume the nice, shiny, cheaply made one is the newer model. This appears to be the trend these days - if it looks nice and the price is right, people will buy anything. If it breaks, oh well, just buy a new one. I suppose it's the new "American way". I'm not going to bother sending it back - only because it works ok for grilling veggies and that's all it will get used for. Fortunately, I lucked out and got one of the good ones for the meat or I would have sent them both back.

Overall - If you are lucky enough to get a good one, it's an awesome product and I hope it will last many years. I've only had it a month or so as of now - so we'll see! If you are unfortunate and get the crappy newer one, sorry 'bout that. I give this product 4 for the good one and 2 for the shoddy one.

---------------------------------------->

These last few words are for everything sold today. Hopefully companies will quit making garbage to add to our ever growing landfills and quit taking from our trusting American wallets in the future. It would be nice to see the quality we once demanded in the products of today. Where has the quality gone? Why do we accept this? I don't understand the people who say "it's good for the price you pay." Thinking like that is why these companies get away with selling crap to begin with. If there is anything crappy about a product, it shouldn't be on the shelves or in the consumers hands - period. Buying crap is never worth the money. Come on people, let's see some change here.

I have to say very fast shipping on the grill, but be careful who ship's the item because mine the medal door is some what bent so it does not close flush with the base of grill. I can live with the flaw, only wish the carriers were more careful with your property that you just bought. I am very pleased with the grill and the assembly was not that big of a deal.

I HAVE HAD OTHER BBQ IN THE PAST BUT IF YOU WANT A WELL BUILT AND ONE THAT WILL LAST, THE WEBER IS THE ONE TO BUY. I PURCHASED A WEBER SPIRIT 310 NATURAL GAS BECAUSE I USE MY GRILL 4 TO 5 X PER WEEK AND USING NATURAL GAS SAVES ME THE HASEL OF TRANSPORTING LP BOTTLES FOR REFILL AND I WILL NEVER RUN OUT OF GAS AGAIN. I GAVE MY 20 YEAR OLD LP WEBER TO MY SON.

 "Very satisfied" 2009-07-13
By Jonathan Pederson (Sioux Falls, SD)
I've had my grill for about a month now and have no complaints. Everything arrived intact with no shipping problems. Assembly was completed in about an hour and was not overly complex. In fact the directions were far clearer than most self-assembly items.

As for performance, the grill works well and it's nice being able to cook something that takes a long time without worrying about running out of gas. I wanted a natural gas grill for a long time but I kept waiting for my old Weber (Silver) to give up the ghost...it never did. I finally just found a place to donate it.

The starter seems much improved. It's not real sturdy but it doesn't need to be either; just takes a light push. One nice thing is that it works after heavy rain with no issue. My old manual 'red button' light would fail when wet.

One other thing that's sneaky nice is that it easy to move around. While tethered to the gas supply, the hose is still very long and the wheels reasonably sturdy. Plus with no propane tank the wheel action is more balanced and lighter. This provides a nice feature on my patio. I can pull it out when needed, but easily get it off to the side when not grilling. I was considering a built-in type, but this is far better for me.

Considering my past experience with a Weber grill, I expect to have this one for a long time.

"Weber does it again - Great BBQ/Grill Unit" 2009-07-04
By Robert A. Richter Jr. (Philadelphia PA USA)
ARRIVAL TIME: Earlier than expected.

CARRIER: Right to the door. Friendly and Helpful.

ASSEMBLY: Easy and some items already pre-assembled.

About 3 hours from opening the box to turning on the gas. All parts in the box and all engineered for easy and accurate fit.

Assmbly instructions written well and easily understood.

COOKING: I could not ask for anything more.

PRICE: More reasonable than the major outlets in my area. The Natural Gas hookup unit comes as more expensive, but still a better buy than at the store. Plus, delivery from Amazon quicker than from the store, because at my stores the Natural Gas units had to get special ordering at higher prices. And, right to my garage in the case of the Amazon order.

Everything advertised. I had some difficulty connecting the natural gas valve, but called customer service and sorted it out. I am still not able to disconnect the natural gas valve with the quick disconnect, and instead have to take the whole assembly off with a pipe wrench, but I understand this is a flaw with the valve, and I am getting a new one.

For those who are connecting this themselves, a word of reminder. You have to turn off the gas main before connecting this to the gas out. Then you turn it back on, however, you should check any other gas appliances with pilot lights at that time, and follow their relighting procedures.

Love the grill though, it is built like a rock, and I and look forward to using it for a long time to come.

 "Quite Simply the Best" 2009-09-17
By Augie Mueller (Los Angeles, CA USA)
If you're in the market for a gas grill, I don't think you can do better than a Weber. And as far as I'm concerned, this is one of their finest models. It is well designed, built like a tank, good-looking and cooks like a dream. Of course, it costs a little more than some of the brands you'll find at home improvement centers. If you ever want to see why, just open the lid on any of those cheaper grills and give it a little shake side to side. You'll find that they tend to shimmy and creak, while the Weber is silent and solid as a rock.

I purchased this grill a few months ago, basing my choice on my own positive experience with classic Weber kettles, consumer reviews, and the advice of family and friends. One story stands out. My brother had an old Weber gas grill with a rusted out lower tray, the result of a couple decades of Chicago winters. He called the Weber help line and asked if they sold a replacement part. Not only did they still carry the part, they shipped it to him at no charge whatsoever. When they say guaranteed for life, they really mean it.

 "Must have!" 2009-08-23
By K. Lafayette (Western USA)
Purchased a Cobb BBQ as I am single and wanted something easily portable to take camping with my kids. First night cooked Delicious Chicken (Super Juicy) with vegetables and potatoes on bottom and chicken on grilling rack. Delicious! No real mess easy to clean up, Second night baked a home made pizza at camp and was the bomb mom! I only used 6-8 Match lite type Briquetes. Truly a must have for the galloping gourmet who loves to travel or camp, would be great for an apartment dweller as well, small footprint. I don't know why they don't have these at Cabela's or Scheel's or any sporting good stores. They are way worth the price. I did read the instructions and followed them to the "T". The unit breaks down to a small canvas or nylon carrying bag which makes it even more convenient. I would recommend this product to everyone! Would also be great for emergency back up cooking in power outage, or to take on the beach or picnic. Really easy to produce great food, and easy to carry.

 "I luv me Cobb!!" 2009-07-21
By bugZilla (VA, USA)
This thing is great. It works as described. One chicken, ten briquettes, and two hours is all ya need for one juicy bird (no need to check on it while it cooks). The grill plate accessory and the wire rack are a must buy. Use Pam and never scrub the nonstick with a greenie. I think people over emphasize cleaning the thing all together. Although its made of stainless steal and your gut wants the insides to sparkle ... just don't do it! Treat it like anyone would a grill, let it get seasoned with reasonable cleanings and the Epicurean will come out in ya! I've used the Cobb on many many camping trips and I use it at the house around three or four times a week. Its very sturdy and durable. For streaks and potatoes, I cook the potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil on the wire rack covered. When the potatoes are getting soft, I put them in the bottom, add a few more briquettes, install and let the grill accessory get hot (use the lid if you want to get it really hot) and cook the steaks. Mmmm ... It will cook anything. I've smoked a pork butt on it for eight hours (remove ashes as you add charcoal and use less charcoal in batches, 4 or 5 at a time, to keep the temp low). Great pulled pork BBQ! I still use my big BBQ for big jobs, but the Cobb works great for my all around favorite grill, oven, smoker and it goes anywhere and uses next to nothing in charcoal. I highly recommend it to anyone. In my graveyard of grills this one is a keeper :) My next buy is going to be the skillet and the wok accessories ... that's gunna be fun!

This grill was purchased to take with us when we leave to spend time at our camper. It is the perfect size for 2 to 4 people, and very easy to store. My husband uses it to smoke and has had wonderful results with ribs and a beef roast so far. This week we'll be smoking brisket, trout, and baby backs. We spray the insides with non-stick spray for easier clean-up. Just love the size, ease, and economy (uses very little briquettes). My husband will be writing his experiences and tips on smoking meats and fish on the Cobb website soon. One of the best purchases I've made online.

We have had the Cobb Premier Portable Stainless Steel Grill & Smoker almost two months and we use it weekly or more.

It is perfect for the two of us. Remember, this is Low and Slow cooking. It will probably take over an hour so don't get in a hurry.

This is NOT intended to replace a full size BBQ, or a large Smoker.

We have done Chicken legs, Stuffed Pork Chops, Chicken breasts stuffed with swiss cheese, asparagus and ham and wrapped with bacon, Butterfly'd Chicken (Spatchcocked), Fattie (stuffed sausage roll), and more.

The Cobb webb site has a forum where you can get ideas. Also, do a search for "Smoking Meat Forum"

You will find recipes, ideas, helpful people.

Till Spring when I can use it outdoors, I put it in the fireplace (with no fire.) Works fine.

I recommend getting a roasting rack. (It's not included.)

Another useful item is a thermometer with probe.

Read all of the reviews here. I give it 5 Stars.

 "Dangerous grill" 2009-07-10
By Robert C. Zornes (Silverdale, WA)
When I first purchased this grill and then for the next year or two I also thought it was terrific. Then things started to go haywire.

The lock that keeps the top fastened to the bottom was poorly designed. It eventually loosened and now one either had to hold the two pieces together or put an elastic ("bungee") cord around it or it will comes apart.

Next, the grease cup caught fire. If that wasn't bad enough, it is located right by the propane cylinder. We were able to extinguish the fire before it heated the propane bottle but not before the grease cdup melted.

THEN, while pre-heating it, the center of one of the grills completely melted through. I read the instructions before using te unit and I recall it saying not to COOK with the lid closed. I have absolutely no recollection of it saying not to PRE-HEAT with the lid closed. Net result: Another grill for $33.

As I can't readily locate my instruction manual, I'll need to find one online or somewhere to see if there is a warning about that. If so, then it's my fault. If not, then Coleman has a potential disaster on it's hands.

In any event, I've reported it to the Consumer Product Safety Commission after having gotten no satisfaction from Coleman other than them saying "the lid isn't supposed to be down."

If you buy one, make sure EVERYBODY who uses it knows that under no circumstances ever put the lid down while the flame is on. Most people who grill a lot are used to following the cooking instructions of always pre-heating--don't do it with this grill.

 "Good while it lasted" 2009-10-05
By Michele Neary
I am disposing of this grill after the second extension cord/controller meltdown in two years. Enjoyed the grill while it lasted, but replacement parts are expensive and Char Broil customer service is not very helpful. Here is their latest advice, when the new extension cord melted after just two months of use: "Thank you for contacting the grill service center. I apologize for the damage to your extension cord. The reason this part normally overheats is because of the heating element inside the grill. As this element starts to go out, it will actually overheat and cause the connection of the extension cord to melt. We advise that any time you replace your extension cord, you also would want to replace the heating element."

First I've heard about that. Why would I pay almost as much as a new gas grill to replace the parts on this electric model which is clearly defective? We also had to replace the enamel grill when it started flaking apart into our food after one month of use.

 "Very disappointed" 2009-08-26
By Maine-iac (Maine, United States)
I purchased my first char-broil patio grill and was thrilled with it. No more dragging propane tanks or waiting for charcoal to be ready (PS -- I do love charcoal for it's taste, and sometimes use it when I have time so I'm not dissing the charcoal :-D ). I used this grill for one summer and bought my daughter one for Christmas as she liked it as well. I bought a third one for our summer cottage. About a year after getting them, two of them burned out within days of each other. The electric plug in is like the old fashioned electric frying pan plug, but unfortunately, has many plastic parts. When it burns out, it "swells" the plastic parts on both the plug-in and the grill unit and they no longer work. It did seem odd that two of them burned out within days of each other. If just one had burned out, I'd have thot maybe I just got a lemon, but since two burned out in close proximity to each other, it sees as though Char-broil has a defective product, or, just a grill meant to burn out shortly after the warranty is up. Hmm-mm-mm, makes one wonder. I called Char-broil, and they were totally disinterested in helping me. I also own another char-broil product and reminded them that I have 4 of their products, but to no avail. I did not get the customer service I expected, so I will not longer purchase Char-broil products. I'd beware of putting my hard earned cash into any Char-broil products. I think I'll buy a Weber next time. I've had good luck with them. If this thing had not burned out, it would have been a great grill. Alas . . .

 "Best B-B-Q I have owned" 2009-08-23
By D. Newray (San Francisco, CA)
I live in an apt that faces the direct sun all day long.....when someone's propane tank blew up from the heat, I thought I'd better get an electic b-b-q. You never have to worry about propane or lighter fluid with this. It doesn't make a lot of noise and it really doesn't smoke much when grilling. One night on the way home from a club with my friend, we were both starving for b-b-q, I pluged it in at 4am and had b-b-q chicken and veggies. My friend could not believe I had an electric grill and that it cooked so easily. It easy to clean up too!

"Total Waste Of My Money" 2009-08-06
By Neal Stevens (Greensboro, NC)
When new, this grill did not get hot enough to sear the juices into the meat, which is what a good grill will do. Also, there was very little smoke flavor imparted to the meat. It was like grilling in the kitchen stove.

The heating element failed after one season, so I invested in a new controller. The new unit worked once, and then failed completely. I have had cheaper electric grills that worked much better and lasted much longer.

I do not recommend.

"Excellent Grill - Quality - Reasonable price from Amazon" 2009-09-15
By JR Fent (Reno, Nevada)
My first Weber gas grill I purchased in 1990 and tortured it for 19 years on our ranch in Nevada. I cooked a ton of food on it, rolled it 100 yards down our ranch driveway to the barn for parties, and back up again. It kept working and I only did minor repairs to it over the years.

I needed another grill for our second home in a beach town in SoCal. So we were worried about rust because of the salt air. We looked at a lot of manufacturers but saw none with quality that matched the Weber. We figured that the rust would get this one quickly, we bout a lessor priced model and planned on replacing it every couple years. Now I think this one is going to last a lot longer than I orignally thought.

What I quickly discovered is that the Spirit e-310 is as sound (if not more sound) than the original grill we bought nearly 20 years ago. With the inserted panels and doors underneath, the sturdiness of this grill is very apparent.

Assembly: Instructions estimate 1/2 an hour to assemble. With the help of my wife - we did it in about 35 minutes. My son (works for Home Depot) says he can assemble one in about 12 minutes.

As far as cooking temperature, etc.: AWESOME! I can crank it up to flash sear the outside of beef, or turn it very low and slow cook pork ribs. It has been very predictable and easy to use.

Cleaning: All surfaces and interior are easy to maintain and clean.

TIP: OK - this has nothing to do with the review. It's a tip on cooking on a barbecue. For cooking pork ribs, keep the temperature just under 300 degrees. Put the ribs on the upper shelf (a few inches higher off the heat.) Then open a can of 7-up or Dr. Pepper (coke is ok in a pinch) - place the opened can on the grill and let it boil away (in the can) while your ribs are cooking. This will add humidity to the inside of the grill while you're cooking and the meat will be tender. Babyback ribs cooked this way take 50 minutes and need no tending or turning.

"Outstanding Grill and Great Value" 2009-09-01
By A. Battaglia (Atlanta,GA)
This will be my second Weber grill. My first Weber grill lasted seven years and I was very pleased with durability and cooking performance. We enjoy cooking from home and grill out at least 1 or 2 times a week. With this grill I was to get a little larger cooking space and move from 2 to 3 cooking burners. The extra cost of buying a Weber grill is well worth it as well. I had friend buy another brand just 2 years ago, and he is already having to replace it. So I definitely recommend the Weber brand.

The new grill cooks great and having 3 burners I can now do some indirect heat cooking. The grill is very easy to start and the stainless steel looks great on the deck. The only compliant I have was the installation was a bit harder then I thought. The grill instructions say it should take about 30 minutes, but it took me about 90 minutes. The most troublesome part was getting the wheel base that support the cooking grill area to line up properly. Once this was done and secure however, the rest of the installation was very simple. I think this grill is excellent value for the price and performance.

"Fast delivery - and the grill works great!" 2009-08-23
By KEC (Alexandria, VA)
We just got this grill about 3 weeks ago, and so far so good! Delivery was fast and arrived ahead of schedule. The grill was pretty easy to put together, although the directions said it would take 15 minutes and it took us more like one hour. Cooking on this grill is MUCH easier than our previous grill, which was a Charm Glow (horrible grill - never buy it!) from Home Depot. We are pleased!

 "A little confused" 2009-08-04
By P. M. Berkowitz
I'm a little puzzled by a few things. If this 3721001 has only two burners, as Edward has it, then that would make it an E-210 rather than an E-310, no? That's the difference between the two models.

Then I'm wondering about the picture (here at Amazon.com). It seems to be a hybrid, with black exterior aside from the lighter-colored (stainless steel?) doors. Is that really what it looks like? In all of Weber's promotional material, the E-310 is supposed to have black doors. There's an SP-310 which is all-stainless steel and much more expensive. It makes me wonder whether this is either an early prototype or a hybrid, which might even account for both the problems in assembly some people have had and the reduced price.

Finally, I am very interested in the comments by Adam, lower down, about getting stainless steel cooking grates and Flavorizer bars. (Incidentally, there does not seem to be both porcelain and porcelain-enameled cast iron alternatives: there's just the one, which may be described either way.) I'd like to get the SS versions, as they seen to be better, or at least used in all the more expensive models like Genesis and Summit. Also my last grill (a Sterling) had porcelain-enamaled: the enamel wears off after a year or two and you're left with very grimy metal after that. (I'm intrigued that Adam thinks cast iron is hotter and better, though, but porcelain as cooler and worse, when there only seems to be one porcelain-enameled version now.) Weber sells the stainless-steel interior (cooking grates and Flavorizer bars) version as Spirit EP-310, and the cheapest I can find it anywhere (it's not at Amazon) is $545. That's a lot more than the $379 for the E-310 here. Again, it makes me wonder if this particular E-310 is a hybrid - it's a lot closer to $499 everywhere else. To buy stainless steel grate and bars separately from Weber costs another $135. I guess I could wait until the enameled ones wear out. Or I could shell out for the EP-310 now.

Any comments?

 "Now You're Cookin'!" 2009-07-16
By Sky (New York)
The Weber 3721001 is pretty much the same grill as the Weber 3711001 with one big difference: The 3721001 has 3 burners and the 3711001 has 2 burners. I recently bought a new Weber Spirit after owning my last one for 11 years.

Excellent product. I think that 2 burners are more than sufficient; I don't know why they even have this 3 burner model since the 3 burner model isn't really that much bigger. The 2 burner model has plenty of room for the needs of everyday family grilling and entertaining a decent size group. The 3 burner model just seems to be able to get unnecessarily hotter and heats up a lot faster.

There's plenty of other product info on this page from Amazon and the manufacturer, so let me tell you a few things that I do to make my Weber work best for me.

-Most importantly...keep it covered. Amazon sells a cover...get it. Not coving it will cut its life in half at least.

-Cover the funnel shaped grease drip pan with tin foil and change it regularly; otherwise build-up in the trap can catch fire and THAT does not make a steak taste very good.

-Change the disposable grease traps regularly (otherwise they start to stink).

-Get yourself a quality wire brush and use it before each use...NOT after. The build-up on the cooking grates after each use actually protects them from the elements.

-Before each use, after you wire brush the grates, put some cooking oil on some paper towels and wipe the grates down.

-Pre-heat the grill on high for at least 5 - 10 minutes; it burns off anything left over from the cleaning and makes the cooking grates nice and hot.

-Initiate cooking steaks, chops, any cuts of meat (even burgers...no, not hot dogs) on just-over-medium heat for no more than 2 minutes on each side and flip before cooking to your liking. This brief searing of each side locks in the flavor of your cut of meat.

-Cook with a closed cover; normal cuts of meat shouldn't take more than a total of 10 minutes (including the searing).

-Let your meat sit for up to 5 minutes before slicing (or biting into it!). This locks in the juices; if the juices are too hot when you slice (or bite), they'll run right out of your cut of meat.

There you go. Hope that helps. And don't forget to cover the grill after it cools. Bon appetit!
